Renee McParlan. Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Mentor and Real Estate Enthusiast.

A born entrepreneur, Renee is a determined, leader with a passion for real estate. Raised in a family who managed residential real estate, it was a natural progression to venture into real estate - beginning a residential rental portfolio in 2007 (now McParlan Holdings) and then forming FLM Holdings with two partners in 2012. FLM Holdings, called Sagesse Holdings is now owned by Renee and is family run.

Renee also has 20 years in the records management industry, joining Abraxas in 2010. Prior to joining Abraxas, Renee spent many years in the pharmaceutical industry where she learned many valuable business and management tools. She is customer-focused, strategic and a connector who thrives on helping others.

Renee believes wholeheartedly in growing partnerships with clients, where all parties succeed financially. Motivated by the desire to stay stimulated, to help others, and responsibly grow her portfolio, Renee's real estate business was not created solely for profit. Empowering people and creating opportunity, two things that Renee considers paramount, translate into real estate development with expert partners in the industry (commercial lending, commercial real estate brokerage, real estate development) to convert vacant land into a thriving office building for an established business or the next start-up venture.
